1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Central Business guarantees if you in any way are dissatisfied with our product for any cause during the first sixty days from the cutover date, Central Business will refund your purchase price less the sale price of any non-recoverable items (i.e. cable, wire, jacks).

2. Maintenance Guarantee

A. In an emergency situation Central Business guarantees its response or the customer is reimbursed.
B. In a non-emergency situation, Central Business guarantees its response or the customer's warranty or maintenance period is extended.
C. Central Business guarantees to complete any request for parts or labor within one business week or the customer receives a discount.

3.Obsolesence Guarantee

Central Business guarantees the trade in price on a customer's equipment if it was purchased from Central Business, maintained by Central Business, and traded in on a new Central Business system.

4. Guarantee of Maintenance Agreement Continuity

Central Business guarantees that a customer's maintenance contract will never be canceled by Central Business for any reason other than non payment.
